Only tickets purchased before midnight, March 10, 2023, will be eligible to win the Bonus prize. If ticket sales conclude by the Bonus ticket sales deadline, all remaining draws, including the Bonus Prize, the Early Bird Prize, 50/50 Add-On and 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On draws will commence at 11 a.m. on March 21, 2023 by MNP LLP at its offices at 2010 11th Avenue, Suite 900 in Regina. Each ticket purchased before the VIP deadline is eligible for all 308 prizes. Tickets purchased before the Bonus ticket sales deadline, but after the VIP deadline are eligible for 307 prizes. Tickets purchased before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, but after the Bonus deadline are eligible for 306 prizes. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline are eligible for the remaining 305 prizes.

How are winners notified?
All winners are notified in writing by MNP LLP with a letter explaining what they have won and how to claim their prize(s). A complete list of winners will be posted on this website on April 7, April 14 or April 28, 2023, depending on the draw date. 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On winners will be posted online daily beginning June 1, 2023 on this website.
Can someone who lives outside Saskatchewan buy a ticket?
This lottery is intended for residents of Saskatchewan. Tickets will only be sold and mailed within Saskatchewan.
What happens if I cannot pick up my prize in person?
Arrangements may be made to have a prize shipped to you freight collect. Arrangements can also be made for someone else to claim your prize with your written approval and proper identification.
What would happen if a “bad” payment was made for a ticket (i.e. NSF cheque)?
Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). A minimum of one week is allowed between our ticket sales deadline and the date of the draws. This time period allows for all forms of payment to be verified and processed. If for any reason a payment is returned, the ticket will be deemed invalid if payment cannot be made prior to the draw.
If I win, is my ticket still in for other draws?
Yes, after each draw (including the VIP, Bonus and Early Bird draws), the winner is recorded and the ticket number returns for the next draws.
Is my ticket purchase tax deductible?
No. Because lottery winnings are not taxable; lottery tickets are not tax deductible.
Do I have to take my prize as is or can I just take the cash?
Prizes must be accepted as awarded unless otherwise specified in the lottery brochure.
If I win the house, do I have to live in it or can I sell it?
Once a home is awarded to a winner and the title is transferred, the winner does not have to move in. Any prize can be sold if the winner wishes to do so.
If I sell the house (or any other prize), do I have to pay tax on the sale amount?
No. Lottery winnings are not taxable in Canada (including any cash prizes).
Is there capital gains tax on the house if I sell it?
Winning a house is a lottery prize, not a capital gain. Lottery winnings are not taxable in Canada. Please seek professional counsel for further information.
If I win a vacation prize but cannot travel, can I just take the cash?
All vacation prizes have cash alternatives.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
All prizes must be claimed within one year of the applicable draw date. After one year and after all reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made, unclaimed prizes will be returned to Hospitals of Regina Foundation for further fundraising use, subject to Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority approval.
Are the prizes donated?
No. All prizes are purchased by Hospitals of Regina Foundation using the tender process.
How will proceeds be used for the hospitals?
Proceeds from this lottery support health care in Regina’s three hospitals and continue to enhance vital medical programs. Programs such as cardiac care, pediatrics, trauma care, medical imaging, and cancer care through our assessment centres and oncology unit. With your support, and that of our community, Hospitals of Regina Foundation continues to help people in southern Saskatchewan live better lives.

Who is not eligible to purchase a ticket?
The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household, are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: the directors, executives and staff of Hospitals of Regina Foundation, board and executive teams of builders contracted to provide real estate prizes to this lottery and any contracted interior designers, partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates.
